SLOW COOKER WEDNESDAY: BBQ Pulled Chicken

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen or fresh
- 1 bottle of barbecue sauce, 12 oz.
- Italian salad dressing, ½ cup
- brown sugar, ¼ cup
- worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp.
- Place the boneless, skinless, chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, italian salad dressing, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce.
- Once mixed well, pour sauce over the chicken.
- Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 6 hours.
- Just before serving, remove chicken and shred on cutting board using two forks.
- Fold chicken back into crockpot and let sit for 5 minutes so the chicken can soak up the sinfully delicious sauce.
- Serve on your favorite roll with coleslaw.
