SLOW COOKER WEDNESDAY: BBQ Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen or fresh
  • 1 bottle of barbecue sauce, 12 oz.
  • Italian salad dressing, ½ cup
  • brown sugar, ¼ cup
  • worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp.
Instructions
  1. Place the boneless, skinless, chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, italian salad dressing, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce.
  3. Once mixed well, pour sauce over the chicken.
  4. Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 6 hours.
  5. Just before serving, remove chicken and shred on cutting board using two forks.
  6. Fold chicken back into crockpot and let sit for 5 minutes so the chicken can soak up the sinfully delicious sauce.
  7. Serve on your favorite roll with coleslaw.
